Manage daily accounting tasks, including payables, receivables, and reconciliations •

Work alongside the Staff Accountant to learn all areas of accounting operations •

Prepare customer invoices and apply payments •

Post accounts payable invoices and credit memos •

Support with the collections process •

Research and evaluate customer credit and suggest appropriate terms •

Reconcile credit card and vendor statements •

Support with the maintenance of accurate accounting records •

Assist with month-end and year-end financial statements •

Assist with the annual budgeting process Accountant Qualifications •

A college degree in Accounting OR 3+ years of accounting, AR, or AP experience is required •

Strong math and problem-solving skills are required •

Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to self-audit your work is required •

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel (formatting, sorting, & simple formulas) is required •

Ability to work 100% on-site is required
