Preferred Qualifications • 5 years of experience in business process management • 3 years of experience with using process improvement methodologies • Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage timelines and deliver results. • Experience with using Microsoft Office tools including Excel PowerPoint and Visio • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
