Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the development, maintenance, and enhancement of project Process Controls. This position demands a combination of technical expertise and effective communication skills with clients, focusing on not just resolving immediate issues but also proposing comprehensive system-level enhancements.

Qualifications
The ideal applicant will possess a robust background in STEM disciplines, particularly in areas such as Process Compliance, Process Enhancement, and Client Engagement. The new team member will be expected to assimilate information, conduct insightful problem evaluations, and assist in driving process-related decisions under the mentorship of a senior colleague.

Key Duties

  • Oversee projects from initial concept through to implementation, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
  • Conduct system evaluations and troubleshooting to guarantee reliability and efficiency.
  • Provide technical assistance and direction concerning SCADA systems and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with engineering, construction, and other stakeholder teams to improve system performance.
  • Document and manage EPMS system design and modifications in real-time.
  • Develop strategies for Process Improvement.
  • Engage positively at relevant professional events.
  • Stay informed on industry advancements.

Essential Skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, experience with Process Controls or Process Compliance, and prior hands-on experience in Process Management (Controls) are essential. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience or a relevant degree in the Mission Critical Industry, along with certification or credentials in SCADA or software control platforms. Field experience in the New Construction Industry, familiarity with System Integration, Factory or Site Acceptance Testing, or QA/QC Processes, and prior Multi-Trade Commissioning experience are also highly desirable.
