Currently, ManTech is seeking a driven, career-focused Process Coordination Engineer III to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance Engineering workflows
  • Evaluate and refine processes to guarantee operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Project Managers, technicians, and engineers, to execute modifications and enhancements
  • Engage in training and mentoring of junior personnel, as well as conducting evaluations to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas
  • Assume a senior role with expertise in workflow analysis, Change Management, and methodologies for optimizing Engineering processes
  • Oversee and guide subordinate project staff, receiving direction from the Continual Improvement Manager III
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
  • For candidates without a degree, four (4) additional years of experience are necessary
  • For those with an Associate's degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required
Clearance Requirements:
  • This position necessitates an active Top Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for over 50% of the time
  • Must effectively communicate and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
  • Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity equipment
  • Frequently interacts with colleagues, management, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations
  • Occasionally needs to move within the office to access files and equipment
The anticipated compensation range for this role is $121,800-$204,100. Various factors can influence the final salary, including Contract Wage Determination, relevant experience, skills, geographic location, education, and certifications. Additionally, ManTech offers comprehensive benefits, including Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Disability Insurance, Retirement and Savings plans, and opportunities for Learning and Development.
