Position Overview:
The Industrial Engineer will play a pivotal role in the maintenance operations of Next Generation High-Speed Trains. This position is essential for establishing and optimizing industrial processes tailored for maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement industrial activities related to maintenance for high-speed trains.
2. Update and maintain comprehensive maintenance documentation, ensuring alignment with the transfer plan established with the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team.
3. Create detailed Work Instructions and standard task lists to be utilized in work orders, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
4. Validate industrial resources to meet maintenance requirements and train specifications, including field validation when necessary.
5. Strive for optimal industrial performance within the Alstom Production System (APSYS).
6. Deploy the Work Management System GSI for on-train activities, ensuring accurate data preparation and updates using advanced technology.
7. Collaborate closely with various teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Planning, to ensure seamless execution of maintenance operations.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent industrial engineering experience is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant industrial engineering experience, particularly in a railway maintenance or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly for Bill of Materials and Configuration Follow-up.
- Technical expertise in Methods Engineering and the ability to write and enhance maintenance work instructions.

Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Pro-E, CATIA, or Solid Works.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
