Our client, a well known auto manufacturer, is seeking a Process Engineer for to lead paint projects and be resposible for equipment issude on the shop floor.

responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional internal Paint projects.
- Work with production engineering groups and manufacturing plant departments to improve process/equipment issues related to new model management.
- Collaborate directly with departments and Pilot Engineers to confirm process requirements, tool development, and system compliance requirements.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) relating to Small Parts ED focusing on 650.
- Commission and integrate systems necessary for the TMMI manufacturing facilities.
- Work closely with business customers to gather, interpret, and define technical requirements during the initial SE, Genzu, and CV stages to prepare for Goshi process readiness.
- Manage equipment OEMs and installation General Contractors (GCs) to ensure compliance with NA regulations, GAMS standards, and construction safety guidelines, while providing a safe, low-cost, efficient process for the Assembly TMs.
- Support Paint activities for manufacturing.
- Develop strategies to efficiently identify Paint concern points and highlight them to the customer.
- Experience level: Experienced
