As an Electrical Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in fostering daily enhancements within our production environment, overseeing minor capital initiatives, and participating in strategic focus groups.

Primary Duties

  • Design, implement, and sustain electrical and electronic systems within the facility
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies and practices
  • Employ structured problem-solving methods to resolve intricate challenges
  • Oversee productivity and cost-reduction projects
  • Establish and uphold process controls utilizing advanced quality planning strategies
  • Keep abreast of new technological advancements
  • Engage in strategic manufacturing operations and capital investment planning
  • Create and manage process documentation
  • Assess and suggest capital equipment acquisitions
  • Lead and facilitate automation projects within the facility

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
  • Familiarity with RS Logix 5000, Studio 5000, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Expertise in PLC programming and wiring
  • Knowledge of collaborative robots and automation
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
  • Highly organized with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
