Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to enhance product documentation, improve quality, and minimize costs across various projects and technologies. This role involves leading the development of new products and optimizing production systems, ensuring accountability from prototype stages to full-scale production.
Key Responsibilities
As an Industrial Engineer, your duties will include:
- Establishing and securing technical expertise in early management, core manufacturing technologies, and project management focused on product industrialization.
- Overseeing product transfers within the factory, enhancing processes related to quality, takt time, and cost efficiency.
- Facilitating product introductions by coordinating with stakeholders, managing language translations, and providing necessary training and documentation.
- Integrating quality requirements into manufacturing processes and adopting a Smart Factory approach.
- Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards by improving safety measures in production.
- Coordinating the transition to manufacturing functions, including production, planning, logistics, and quality assurance.
- Strategizing and planning project implementations in collaboration with various departments.
- Supporting and participating in World Class Manufacturing improvement initiatives to integrate product capabilities and processes effectively.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in documenting manufacturing processes.
- Desirable skills in team leadership, planning, budget understanding, and cost management.
- Knowledge of SAP management.
