Position Overview
We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to enhance product documentation, improve quality, and reduce costs across various projects and technologies. This role involves overseeing the transition from industrial prototypes to full-scale production.
Key Responsibilities
As an Industrial Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and securing technical expertise in early management, core manufacturing technologies, and project management focused on product industrialization.
- Leading product transfers within the factory, documenting processes, and optimizing quality, takt time, and manufacturing costs.
- Facilitating product introductions by coordinating with relevant stakeholders, providing necessary training, and ensuring comprehensive documentation.
- Integrating quality requirements into processes and adopting a Smart Factory approach.
- Enhancing safety measures in manufacturing to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Coordinating with production, planning, logistics, and quality teams for seamless project implementation.
- Participating in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives to align product capabilities with operational processes.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with proficiency in English. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is preferred, along with a strong background in documenting manufacturing processes. Experience in team leadership, project planning, and budget management is advantageous, as is familiarity with SAP.
