North American Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor in the United States. We are searching for a Business Development Representative located within the Tampa Florida area.
This is a hybrid position, in-office Monday/Wednesday/Friday, and remote Tuesday/Thursday.
Purpose of the job:
Build density in top-end sales funnel Leads for further pipeline development and qualification to provide the territory sales team with Sales Qualified prospects.
Job Duties:
Conduct daily prospecting, lead qualification, and sales territory management support activities
Leverage NAR Sales tech stack resources to research, orchestrate, and engage sales prospects (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Accurately record sales related customer and prospect notes in HubSpot
Establish and implement sales outreach cadence using a proper mix of phone, email, and social media
Set discovery meetings with Sales Qualified Leads and the territory Regional Sales Manager
Provide customer management support as needed within assigned territory
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience meeting quotas
High technical aptitude and attention to detail
Sales and/or customer service experience
