As a Business Development Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in pool construction, HOAs, and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, lives out our core values of Serving Others, being a Problem Solver and Trusting the Process.The perfect candidate has a Cold Call Hunter mentality.

Responsibilities:

Meeting with 12-15 contacts a day.

  • On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups
  • In a variety of industries including Property Management, Builders, HOAs, Pool contractors... etc.

Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships

  • Educating on Great days value propositions
  • Enjoys working with people.
  • Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
  • Earning the trust with our customers and new customers
  • Working within a sales team and process
  • Documenting sales activities in our CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between
  • Reporting accurately and weekly

Brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities

Qualifications:
  • Sales experience; specifically, cold-calling and/or B-to-B sales
  • Team player who likes to have fun
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter, ambitious, and energetic
  • At least 25 years of age, licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
  • Professional, caring and service-minded
  • Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team
  • General working knowledge of property and/or construction industry
  • Advanced level CRM Skillset for updating our system
  • Experience working in base + commission environment
