As a Business Development Director, your role involves developing relationships, understanding customer business strategies, and collaborating with subject matter experts to create and execute solutions to help customers achieve their business objectives. Qualifications: Minimum seven years of direct B2B sales experience with Fortune 500/Global 500 companies Proven track record in new business development selling marketing solutions or professional business services Experience in large volume sales ($250k+ per sale) and a broad range of sales cycles Demonstrated career stability with a maximum of three employers in the last ten years Compensation based on commissions and bonuses, with a $130k base salary Four-year college degree required; advanced degree is a plus Compensation Opportunity: Compensation is uncapped and tied to performance, including a base salary of $130k, commissions, and bonuses based on revenue production and profitability. Additional bonuses are available for sales activities during the first two years. Additional Benefits: Business Development Directors are eligible for various performance management reward programs, including an annual President's Club travel award. Other benefits include a car allowance, company laptop, mobile device reimbursement, and an unlimited expense account for client entertainment.
