Job Overview

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Under general supervision, you will oversee the sales of our Design/Build Mechanical Retrofit solutions to key decision-makers including Facility Directors, C-suite executives, and Vice Presidents.

Your role involves promoting our unique value proposition for Design/Build Mechanical Retrofit projects by delivering tailored business and technical solutions to building owners and end users.

You will cultivate long-term customer relationships and partnerships within your assigned accounts and opportunities.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with local market sales teams, project development engineers, and project leaders to convert leads into contracts and enhance our market share.

Executing the sales process effectively will be essential in nurturing and managing long-term relationships while identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities in the Design/Build Mechanical Retrofit sector.


Your Approach:

With minimal oversight, you will confidently and persuasively sell our Design/Build Mechanical Retrofit offerings to building owners at the executive level, aiming to achieve optimal profit margins within your designated accounts.

Your focus will be on enhancing both existing and new facilities to help building owners meet their business goals. You will also expand our product offerings and service agreements, including multi-year contracts, to new clientele.

Your targets will include achieving a minimum of $5 million in annual Prime Retrofit sales within your assigned accounts while meeting margin objectives.

Building strong partnerships with decision-makers is crucial to driving the sales of our Design/Build Mechanical Retrofit solutions.

You will address customer operational and environmental goals, providing recommendations that align with their objectives and highlighting our competitive advantages.

By leveraging creativity and innovation, you will differentiate our services from competitors, adopting a value-added sales approach.

Additionally, you will foster a mentoring relationship with an Account Executive in your branch to aid in their professional development as a Design/Build Mechanical Retrofit salesperson, ultimately enhancing productivity.

Collaboration across various domains will be essential to identify and secure Design/Build Mechanical Retrofit opportunities, with a focus on performance-based agreements.


Qualifications:

What We Are Looking For:
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in executive-level sales within the Design/Build Mechanical Retrofit sector.
- At least 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
- Proven experience in selling advanced analytics and integrated digital solutions.
- A strong commitment to integrity and quality in business practices.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence key market players.
- Proficiency in operating within designated vertical market segments.

Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications and various reporting tools, including financial and market share analytics, Salesforce, and BI tools (Word, Excel, Access, Teams, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint).

Willingness to travel up to 25% for business purposes is required.
