This purchasing coordinator position requires candidates to:

  • Follow up on inbound stock to include expediting stock orders.
  • Alert purchasing team in regards to extended lead times and possible stock outs on purchase order follow-ups.
  • Report, resolve, and properly close out all vendor material/pricing discrepancies in MESCO.
  • Work with the Sales team by transferring material between locations.
  • Communicate effectively with the buyer and our warehouse team in regards to the resolution of the all vendor discrepancies.
  • Communicate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoicing issues as they relate to vendor discrepancies.
  • Communicate with the Purchasing Team to update costs and part numbers on P21, Eclipse or other related software as needed when related to purchase order follow-ups and discrepancies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Work mandatory overtime as needed by management

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this Purchasing Coordinator position:
  • Must have 2 + years in a purchasing coordinator role
  • Experienced with the Microsoft suite of applications

The starting pay range for this Purchasing Coordinator position is $22 - 25 per hour, plus overtime as needed.
