Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and submit purchase orders in accordance with established protocols to address urgent demands and ensure quick turnaround times.
  • Verify that invoices received from suppliers align with projected forecasts.
  • Conduct daily reviews of open purchase orders to maintain accuracy and ensure timely receipt.
  • Proactively address potential issues through effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the payment process for purchase orders by managing invoices and ensuring they correspond with the respective purchase order line items.
  • Engage with internal customers and vendors to resolve discrepancies between invoices and orders.
  • Oversee purchase order management by ensuring the completion and closure of all purchase orders.
  • Assist in the onboarding of suppliers and the management of contracts in collaboration with the Procurement Coordinator.
  • Ensure that vendors comply with established standards of compliance.
  • Utilize advanced Excel spreadsheets and formulas to analyze, manipulate, and interpret data effectively.
  • Ensure all purchase orders are generated in accordance with the Procurement/Purchasing Policy.
  • Minimal travel may be required, not exceeding 10%.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license may be required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field from an accredited institution, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation: $66,560 - $66,570 per year

Shift: Regular full-time
