Legal HR Coordinator

The Ford Agency is looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of legal HR related experience for a fantastic opportunity to join one of DC's top law firms. This role will handle a range of HR functions and requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and superb organization skills. Responsibilities Include: Coordinate orientations and assist with onboarding activities Handle pre-employment requirements and new hire forms Work collaboratively with team on a broad range of projects and initiatives Support attorney leave management processing Provide all-around support to the team Qualifications Include: Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 1 year (1-3 years ideal) of experience in legal HR or recruiting role Direct experience in a law firm or other professional services firm Ability to juggle competing priorities and pivot between tasks smoothly Proficient in MS Office Professional verbal and written communication skills Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
