Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate orientations and assist with onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
- Handle pre-employment requirements and new hire forms, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the team on a broad range of projects and initiatives, providing administrative support as needed.
- Support attorney leave management processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide all-around support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 1 year (1-3 years ideal) of experience in a legal HR or recruiting role, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm.
- Direct experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and pivot between tasks smoothly, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, with a strong understanding of HR software and systems.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
