Job Overview:Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in coordinating and explaining employee benefits, fostering effective communication, and supporting various HR functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with 2 to 5 years of HR experience to grow their career with a supportive and professional home healthcare agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Coordination: Clearly explain and manage employee benefits, ensuring all staff understand their options.
  • Employee Communication: Serve as the go-to person for HR-related inquiries, fostering open and effective communication.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment efforts, including resume screening and interview scheduling.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Axis Care is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a positive workplace environment.
