Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Prepare Actions Forms for new employees, , department transfers, position and separations
+ Complete E-Verify review for new hires
+ Conduct background checks on job applicants
+ Complete employment and wage verifications
+ Process garnishments
+ Process all focus cards request
+ Process changes in direct deposit
+ Schedule and conduct full-time and union orientation
+ Assist new hires with completing orientation packets
+ Interpret the Human Resources policies and procedure handbook and the business conduct policy
+ Answer email and phone regarding various employee questions
+ Complete various to by assistant manager or manager
+ Required to be available to work events, as scheduled.
+ Preferred knowledge of EXCEL and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Preferred knowledge of HRIS:Applicant Tracking and Processing Software, such as Workday and ADP.
+ All other duties as assigned

+ Must successfully pass a criminal background check
+ Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources principles and procedures
+ Must have experience in Microsoft Office applicants, specifically: Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ Able to work events as needed
+ Must possess excellent customer service skills
Education and/or Experience
+ Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university, or minimum 3 years of Human Resources or related experience.
