We are seeking a talented Content Creator and Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
General Content Creation:
Create high-quality photo, video, and graphic design content for various digital platforms tailored to different departments and businesses under Millan Enterprises.
Property Marketing:
Conduct 3D scans and 360 walkthroughs of properties.
Photograph and video properties and job sites.
Tenant and Community Marketing:
Create compelling content to showcase tenants' operations and success.
Highlight community efforts.
Website and Social Media Management:
Assist in maintaining websites and social media accounts.
Conduct SEO research and analysis for content optimization.
Internal Marketing:
Take and edit company headshots.
Create content for internal communications and events.
Marketing Strategy and Coordination:
Align content with brand identity and marketing goals.
Monitor content performance and engage with the audience.
Travel Responsibilities:
Requires office work and travel to various locations.
Attend after-hours events for content creation and community engagement.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in marketing or content creation.
Real estate experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Portfolio submission showcasing previous work in photography, videography, and graphic design.
Work Conditions:
Physical requirements: reaching, standing, walking, grasping, etc.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
