ABOUT YOU:

As the Senior Marketing Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our marketing materials and campaigns while leading the social media team located in our Nashville office. This position requires extensive experience in quality assurance, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of marketing. You will guide and support the team to ensure all content meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with our client’s brand guidelines and the industry’s expectations. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Subject Matter Expert: Provide expert guidance and support to the team, ensuring that all marketing materials meet the highest quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of marketing materials, including content, graphics, and advertisements, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Proofreading: Proofread all marketing content for grammatical, typographical, and factual errors, ensuring flawless and polished deliverables.
  • Campaign Review: Collaborate with the marketing team to review and approve marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with strategic objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and checklists to streamline and enhance the review process for marketing materials while also providing visibility for leadership.
  • Feedback and Training: Provide constructive feedback to team members and conduct training sessions to improve overall quality and consistency in marketing outputs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing managers to ensure seamless communication and alignment on quality standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present quality assurance reports to the marketing team and management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within a marketing department or agency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with quality assurance tools and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
