Position Overview:

The Affiliate and Social Media Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in the recruitment and daily management of Audiio's partnership initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive and growth-oriented marketer to significantly influence a high-growth startup. THIS ROLE REQUIRES IN-OFFICE PRESENCE 3 DAYS A WEEK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and secure strategic affiliate and influencer collaborations through YouTube and other pertinent social media channels.
  • Oversee affiliate and influencer commission distributions, agreements, and performance metrics.
  • Utilize analytics to continually enhance the existing program and experiment with new pricing and engagement tactics.
  • Discover emerging social media trends to enhance affiliate content creation prospects.
  • Foster relationships with affiliates and provide basic technical assistance as needed.
  • Contribute to the creation of social media content for Audiio.
  • Offer insights and forward-thinking strategies on affiliate and referral marketing by keeping abreast of competitive movements, cultural shifts, industry advancements, tools, and platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to an early-stage startup environment.
  • Driven by a strong work ethic and motivated to establish and close new partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, and capable of swiftly implementing ideas.
  • Outstanding written communication abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A genuine interest in filmmaking, videography, or content creation is advantageous.
