Position Overview:
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will enhance and innovate social media marketing initiatives to support client branding goals. Collaborating closely with the Social Media Manager, Coordinator, and other team members within the agency to ensure timely and successful execution of daily program requirements and achievement of program objectives consistently. Additionally, this role involves promptly reporting any challenges, successes, and key insights throughout a client campaign or program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach campaigns that adhere to ethical standards and best practices
- Identify relevant influencers and manage the outreach strategy, coordination, and reporting in alignment with client goals

It is important to note that our Content department is expanding. Any responsibilities not listed below but considered essential by the candidate to enhance the impact and reputation of the client, social media team, and themselves should be discussed with the manager and integrated into the official job responsibilities during performance evaluations:

  • Oversee social media strategy planning and execution for clients
  • Collaborate with the Content team and Social Media Manager to ensure a cohesive approach across different accounts
  • Engage with various Media teams to incorporate social sensibility into different media components
  • Build strong relationships with key social platforms and technologies to support client objectives
  • Provide regular reports on all client channels to partners and track approval progress and performance per community management team
  • Offer analysis and insights for strategy development per community management team
  • Develop and implement innovative engagement strategies in alignment with account, content, and creative teams
  • Stay informed about new social media platforms and emerging opportunities in the market

Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist, Social Content Strategist, or Community Manager in a Digital Agency or Digital Strategy role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or public relations
- Exceptional communication and grammar skills; detail-oriented in both online and offline contexts
- Familiarity with technology brands and solutions
- Awareness of current trends and ability to effectively engage with target audiences to grow followers and reach
