Significant opportunities for professional growth Position Overview: The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in fostering continuous enhancement and innovation in social media marketing initiatives that support client brand amplification goals. Collaborating closely with the Social Media Manager and Coordinator, the Specialist will ensure that daily program requirements are met and that overarching program objectives are achieved consistently. The Specialist will also proactively communicate issues, successes, and critical insights throughout client campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute outreach campaigns that adhere to ethical standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify targeted influencers and develop a comprehensive outreach strategy.
  • Oversee social media strategy planning and execution for clients.
  • Work in partnership with the Content team and Social Media Manager to ensure cohesive planning across various accounts.
  • Engage with other media activation teams to ensure that all components are positively influenced by social media strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key social platforms to promote the adoption of beneficial products and practices.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on all client channels, tracking progress and approvals.
  • Deliver insightful analysis to guide strategy and execution for community management teams.
  • Develop and implement innovative engagement tactics in collaboration with account, content, and creative teams.
  • Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and first-to-market opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in a Social Media Strategist, Social Content Strategist, or Community Manager role within a Digital Agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or public relations.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills; detail-oriented in all aspects.
  • Familiarity with technology brands and solutions.
  • Ability to recognize cultural trends and engage effectively with target audiences.
