    • Analyze financial trends, discrepancies, and risk factors to provide strategic insights to senior management.

  2. Performance Analysis and Monitoring:

    • Conduct comprehensive analyses of financial performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and expenditures.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge business performance and track against established benchmarks.
    • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

  3. Decision Support and Strategic Initiatives:

    • Offer strategic financial guidance to support decision-making processes across the organization.
    • Evaluate potential investments, capital allocation strategies, and business initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance and FP&A

Salary: $105,000 to $150,000
