Lead Financial Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Lead Financial Analyst specializing in Treasury and Strategic Planning, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive analytical and operational support for the management of the organization's debt portfolio and working capital assets. Your expertise will also extend to capital project planning and risk management initiatives.
This position requires collaboration with various departments, including Budget and Financial Analysis, Controllership, and other units engaged in long-term organizational development. You will tackle complex analytical challenges, providing solutions for both internal and external stakeholders, necessitating a high level of skill and understanding.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of six years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, capital management, and financial analysis within a multifaceted organization. Exceptional analytical, investigative, and communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented professional capable of fostering collaboration with colleagues and clients to effectively implement financial procedures and meet organizational deadlines. You should demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders, showing respect for the contributions of team members and a commitment to shared objectives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
An MBA, MFin, or equivalent qualifications are preferred, along with financial experience in a higher education setting. Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CTP are advantageous. Familiarity with financial systems and processes, data reporting and analysis software, and experience with SAP, BrioQuery, or Access will be beneficial.
