- Monthly Reporting: Provide monthly reporting to the business, highlighting variances between actuals and forecast, and delivering business insights.

- Process Improvement: Develop and continuously streamline processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- 1+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis and corporate finance.
- Knowledge of drug development process and life sciences is a plus.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with others as well as work independently.
- Strong business acumen and partnering skills.
- Excellent modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of reporting systems (Adaptive Insights, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
