Security Clearance Requirement: Current Secret Location Note: Hybrid Relocation: Relo support will be considered for candidates outside the commuting area Position Description: JTEC Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Financial Management Analyst to join our team in a client-facing role. As a key member of our SAF/FM CIO team, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing financial processes, leveraging your expertise in Oracle, custom databases, Qlik and Power BI. Duties and responsibilities include: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their financial management needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of FM, Oracle, Qlik and Power BI to analyze financial data, identify trends, and create visually compelling reports and dashboards. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities from various feeder systems ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, providing guidance and support to end-users. Conduct thorough financial analyses, reconciliations, and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and identify potential areas for improvement. Offer financial advisory services to clients and provide insights and recommendations based on your expert analysis. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management and technology and provide innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Support hybrid schedule 1-2 days per week on-site. Education and qualifications: Current security clearance required for consideration (Secret at a minimum). Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience as a Financial Management Analyst, within Air Force or DoD Headquarters. Experience working with Air Force legacy systems such as: Automated Business Services System (ABSS). Air Force Equipment Management System (AFEMS). Automated Funds Management (AFM). Civilian Pay Accounting Interface System (CPAIS). Central Procurement Accounting System (CPAS). Commanders’ Resource. Proficiency in FM systems, Oracle, Qlik, and Power BI with a track record of leveraging these tools to drive meaningful insights and support decision-making. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Ability to work on-site 1-2 days per week. Preferred experience: Knowledge of SAF/FM systems is a significant plus.
