You will be leading a mid-to-large team of highly motivated logistics sales representatives, responsible for driving revenue and providing unmatched service to our customers. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, sales strategies, and for the hiring, coaching, and development of Account Representatives (AR). What’s in it for you: Aggressive compensation package with base, bonus, and long-term incentives Paid Relocation to any TQL office Hyper-growth company with upward and internal mobility Unmatched sales opportunity in an exploding industry and leading brand We win wherever we go - Voted aFortune 100 Best Companies to Work For (2023) and Forbes America’s Best Employers (2022) What you’ll be doing: Work directly with Sales Team and Leaders to identify opportunities and drive brokerage revenue for Oversize Overweight (OSOW) services Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training entry-level account reps Provide support on sales calls when needed, pertaining to OSOW moves and shipments Holding the team accountable for daily activity and revenue results Assist in establishing and developing carrier and vendor relationships to grow our heavy haul services Responsible for communicating updates, progress, and issues to executive leadership Travel as needed for customer/carrier meetings and industry conventions Assist Account Representatives with strategies to ensure sales targets are met and that a high level of customer service is delivered to the sales floor and customers/carriers Monitor sales reports, take appropriate action, and communicate trends and market conditions to the Director and Vice President Resolve escalated accounting/claims issues when needed What you need: Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years’ sales management experience; preferably leading a team of 10+ Strong negotiation and presentation skills Transportation or business services industry experience is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to coach, lead, and motivate others Ability to be on call, receiving calls from carriers, clients, prospects, and sales associates 24/7/365 Capable of providing strong professional references – customer, superior, peer, and direct-report Where you'll be: 300 Arboretum Place, Suite 600, Richmond, VA 23236
