Municipal Sales Manager

Total compensation for this roles is $90k - $120k+ Additionally thisposition offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k

Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and executing a comprehensive business strategy encompassing sales, revenue, and expenditure management.
  • Achieving predetermined sales objectives.
  • Establishing individual sales targets for the sales team.
  • Monitoring sales targets and providing regular performance updates.
  • Supervising and evaluating the sales team's activities and results.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to foster lead generation efforts.
  • Providing ongoing training to sales personnel.
  • Nurturing the professional growth of the sales team through encouragement, guidance, and product knowledge enhancement.
  • Advocating for the organization and its offerings.
  • Understanding the characteristics of our target clientele and their connection to our products.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in devising and executing sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated competence in leading and supervising a sales team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Capabilities in effectively guiding a sales team.

  • Work Environment: Professional Office Setting
  • Training/Certifications: Not Applicable
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • Travel Requirements: Travel within the Bay Area; adherence to company driving standards.
