Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description:

A leader in the commercial pressure cleaning industry is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager for the State of Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and motivating 5 retail sales teams, as well as hiring and managing an outside sales force. You will need a strong sales background with a history of management and business growth. In this position you will be working closely with upper management to learn what we do and help us build an even stronger presence in our industry.

The comapany is a multi-million dollar business and the largest independent dealer of pressure washers on the East Coast. We have 5 store locations and have been in business since 1995, with aspirations of growth throughout the mid-Atlantic. We sell pressure washing equipment, accessories, parts, chemicals, and more

Responsibilities:

  • Learn our industry in order to build our sales force
  • Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Hire and assist with training outside and retail sales people

 

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High energy with the ability to motivate others
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Prior sales experience
