Sales Manager,
che verrà inserito all’interno della Direzione Commerciale Merchant con
Milano come sede di riferimento , con la responsabilità di presidiare le relazioni di business con i clienti del target medium merchant e food retailer locali su tutta l 'area del Nord Italia.
La risorsa selezionata sarà attivamente impegnata nella diversificazione del portafoglio e dei canali di accettazione Area Food, per la spendibilità delle nostre soluzioni.
Principali attività:
»
Coordina il team sales, organizza i progetti e gestisce le priorità. È il punto di
riferimento della sua
squadra e ha il compito di supportare e valorizzare le potenzialità di ogni singola risorsa all’interno del team
»
Condivide le attività e priorità operative con il team. assegna ruoli, e responsabilità a seconda delle scadenze e del tipo di progetto in corso
»
Sviluppa le relazioni con i clienti del portafoglio assegnato;
»
Gestisce le negoziazioni commerciali;
»
Assicura lo sviluppo del business promuovendo e integrando i diversi canali di accettazione dei servizi offerti nell’ottica della forte spinta alla digitalizzazione e MobilePos in linea con i processi e flussi aziendali;
»
Pianifica e implementa strategie per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi indicati dal management per creare nuova profittabilità aziendale
»
Partecipa allo sviluppo della rete, laddove previsto, per rispondere ai capitolati di gara di enti pubblici e privati in stretta collaborazione con l’Ufficio Gare e le Direzioni Commerciali coinvolte;
»
Approfondisce con analisi periodiche l’implementazione dei piani di propria competenza per valutare attivamente l’avanzamento degli obiettivi del team verso il budget e suggerisce opportune azioni correttive in caso di scostamenti in modo proattivo e tempestivo nonché la gestisce attivamente il portafoglio di propria competenza;

Se hai almeno 5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo analogo per il canale DO e/o HO.RE.CA, o un'esperienza di vendita maturata nel settore finanziario, hai un forte orientamento all’obiettivo e hai voglia di metterti in gioco in un ambiente stimolante e multinazionale inviaci la tua candidatura.
Costituiranno titolo preferenziale la laurea triennale e/o magistrale ed una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
