**REPORTS TO:** Inside Sales Manager

**SUMMARY:**

Under the direction of the Inside Sales Manager, the Customer Support Administrator will provide on-going support to the UA Sales Team and its customer base. This position will support the customer retention and new customers acquisition activities of the inside and outside sales team. Daily actions will include routine customer documentation and data entry.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Track parts/jobs in production to be able to communicate with customers delivery dates

* Fill out customer requests for open orders/critical lists

* Compare customer open order reports

* Track pending, submitted, and won product ECNs in Excel and/or the CRM.

* Maintain customer contacts and data within CRM

* Attend daily production and shipping meetings and relay information back to sales team

* Download and file customer drawings for new request for quotes

* Download data from ERP system to create spreadsheets as necessary

* Maintain group mailboxes (PO/RFQ)

* Ensure internal sales process is efficient and effective from initial customer introduction through conversion and delivery of product to customer.

* Ensure maintenance of existing customers and growth with potential new customers

* Assist in achievement of annual sales revenue and profit plan

* Organize team events as well as maintain team calendar

* Answer calls and direct to the appropriate sales team member

* Necessity to collaborate cross-departmentally

* Perform other sales related duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* High School Diploma Required. Associates degree in Business or related field.

* 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience

* Manufacturing experience preferred

* Must possess effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

* Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

* Must demonstrate professionalism and accountability

* Capable of routinely engaging with customers to resolve issues

* Mastery of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

* Ability to travel 5% of the time
