Job Summary:

Argus Technical is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times, providing empathetic and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, communicating clearly and concisely through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage a team of junior customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
  • Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in customer support, with basic computer skills and ability to track and record call information, file documents, and update customer profiles/accounts.
  • Able to concentrate on multiple problems simultaneously, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to answer phone calls, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering a positive customer experience and resolution.
