**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers through various communication channels.
  • Track and manage customer orders, shipments, and inventory levels to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and data within our CRM system.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer retention and acquisition strategies.
  • Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Participate in daily production and shipping meetings to stay informed and provide updates to the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
