To excel in the Delivery Supervisor role at United Beverages of North Carolina, LLC in Concord, NC, you'll need a unique set of skills and qualities. From maintaining a CDL A license with a clean driving record to a deep understanding of ALE/ABC regulations, you must easily navigate rules and regulations. Your familiarity with our range of products will empower you to offer expert advice to assigned accounts, showcasing strong selling skills under pressure.

Excellent communication abilities will be key in providing top-notch service to customers, while your physical strength will be tested as you handle products weighing up to 200 lbs. The knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Maintain CDL A license & no Moving Violations
  • Maintain ALE/ABC License & knowledge of all rules and regulations
  • Familiar with all products and with the ability to advise assigned accounts
  • Provide quality service to assigned customers with Excellent communication skills and gain distribution equal to or better than our competition.
  • Manage pressure, set performance goals, and be a self-starter who is self-motivated and has a positive attitude at all times.
