Assist in the development and implementation of protocols to enhance client intake and case management processes. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure that all client interactions and communications align with firm standards and legal requirements. Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures is highly advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on empathetic client interactions. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in MS Office Experience working in Litify case management software preferred,.

What We Offer: Hybrid Schedule after initial training period. Hybrid schedule spilt: 3 days working in office – specifically Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s and the third day is per the discretion of employee and supervisor. Work Environment and Schedule:

This position is offered as a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to be present in our office three days a week. However, it is important to note that during the initial training period, you will be required to work on-site at our office.

This intensive training phase is crucial for gaining a deep understanding of our operations, procedures, and the standards of service we expect when handling client interactions. The training period will last for a minimum of 30 days and may extend up to 90 days, depending on proficiency and the speed of acclimatization to our processes.

Following the completion of training, you will transition to the hybrid schedule as detailed in the job offer.

This structure is designed to ensure that you are fully equipped and confident in your role, enabling you to provide the best possible service to our clients and effectively support our legal teams.
