Position Overview:
Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, is seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager to support our client, a leading information services firm. This full-time role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for new client onboarding and provide ongoing support after implementation.
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Technical, and Operations teams to customize the software platform according to client specifications.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product and service enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SAAS environment.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships while actively working to enhance engagement and reduce client turnover.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive, empathetic, and self-motivated with a strong desire to assist clients in achieving their objectives.
Compensation and Benefits:
The starting compensation for this role is $22.00 per hour, with the final pay rate determined by your skills, knowledge, and experience.
