Position Overview

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will excel as a process manager. Collaborating with client teams, you will maintain outstanding communication among team members and clients while executing client-related tasks such as:
  • Account management, including financial transactions and tax, estate, and insurance payments.
  • Handling alternative investment subscriptions/redemptions and Limited Partnership agreements.
  • Organizing and managing client documentation.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a client service or management role within the financial sector, supporting families in their interactions with client teams.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Familiarity with Practific, Egnyte, Tamarac, and/or Schwab is preferred but not mandatory.
