About the Team/Role
As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer loyalty and driving growth by ensuring that clients are fully engaged and deriving maximum benefit from the Checkr solution.

You will collaborate with a distinguished team of Client Success Specialists who thrive on teamwork, determination, and continuous improvement.
The Client Success team is proactive, insightful, and adaptable, working with diverse customer profiles at various stages of their journey.

Informed and organized, the Client Success team is dedicated to maximizing value in all relationships between Checkr and its customers.

What You Will Do
- Manage a variety of tactical account responsibilities, including issue tracking, data analysis, meeting coordination, and business review preparation.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of your clients to contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Account Management to ensure successful renewals and enhance our approach to securing customer success, ensuring they receive optimal value from Checkr's offerings.
- Act as the voice of the customer, partnering with cross-functional teams to communicate customer issues and feedback effectively.
- Oversee multiple customer projects throughout their lifecycle, including expansions, implementations, integrations, and enhancements.

What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in client-facing customer success or service roles.
- Familiarity with software applications such as Salesforce and Google Apps.
- A strong customer-centric mindset, viewing client success as your own.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics in a friendly manner.
- Keen attention to detail, capable of managing high-volume tactical elements across multiple clients.
- Flexibility to manage and complete various priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner, eager to tackle challenging new projects.
- Enjoy planning, executing, iterating, and celebrating both individual and collective achievements.
- Experience in the SaaS or Human Resources sectors is advantageous.
