Position Overview
SRS Acquiom is currently seeking a Client Services Liaison. This role requires an individual who can operate both independently and collaboratively, managing shareholder communications and various operational tasks in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, effectively engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, from major shareholders and VIPs to individual shareholders who may be unfamiliar with the post-closing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our system of record (NetSuite) and how records interrelate.
  • Manage and resolve shareholder inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Set clear expectations for shareholders and maintain open lines of communication throughout their experience.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all shareholders during the entire deal process.
  • Identify when escalations are necessary and coordinate responses with relevant teams.
  • Prepare and distribute client correspondence.
  • Maintain and manage the internal case management system, highlighting common issues for timely resolution.
  • Propose and assist in implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with internal response times and service level agreements.
  • Coordinate communication with external third parties as needed.
  • Audit the work of liaisons to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Fulfill additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably with high net worth individuals; experience in the financial sector is essential.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven ability to cultivate meaningful client relationships that foster repeat business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is required; NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • A strong sense of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to prioritize effectively.

This position requires availability for specific shifts to ensure adequate phone coverage. The successful candidate must be capable of producing error-free communications.
