Client Success Specialist, Remote Opportunity

We are in search of a highly motivated and results-oriented professional who is enthusiastic about fostering robust client relationships and delivering an exceptional service experience.

In this position, you will serve as a trusted consultant and advocate for your assigned client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing strong external partnerships with clients to proactively reduce the risk of attrition.
  • Collaborating across various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our primary product offerings and assisting clients with adoption and feature utilization.
  • Managing both proactive and reactive communications with clients.
  • Engaging in risk-reduction initiatives alongside your Client Development Manager.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, including 1-2 years managing mid-market accounts, ideally within a security-focused SaaS environment.
  • Strong orientation towards clients, partners, and market dynamics in software and subscription services.
  • Experience in a SaaS organization within the cybersecurity sector is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to engage with various levels of client stakeholders, including technical administrators, executive leadership, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Capability to collaborate and strategize with sales teams to directly contribute to net revenue retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

The compensation range for this role is competitive and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. This position may also be eligible for bonuses and additional benefits.
