What qualities are we seeking in our Client Support Specialist?

Russell Tobin & Associates is collaborating with a commercial banking institution to find a Client Support Specialist.

Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid

Location: Denver, CO

Compensation: $23- $26/hr, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Guide clients through online platforms and all Treasury Management offerings using the Bank's service tools such as emulation and co-browse.
  • Address customer queries regarding deposits and loans.
  • Maintain a solid technical understanding of banking systems.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge.
  • Foster and grow relationships with clients by delivering comprehensive customer support services.
  • Proactively identify potential issues, compliance concerns, and enhance client satisfaction to promote relationship growth.
  • Recognize products and services that align with customer needs.
  • Develop a working knowledge of assigned areas and accounts through regular client interactions and adherence to departmental procedures.
  • Support clients in navigating Treasury Management products, including all online platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Assist clients in navigating online platforms and Treasury Management products using the Bank's service tools.
  • Address customer inquiries related to deposits and loans.
  • Possess a solid technical understanding of banking systems.
  • Engage in training sessions to broaden knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with department-specific systems.
  • Advanced understanding of departmental and banking products and services.
  • Technical support and/or co-browse expertise.
  • Preferred familiarity with digital capabilities and experience in an Information Technology environment.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management Products/Services, with preferred experience in GTM and Operations.
