Position Overview
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will excel in process management. Collaborating with client teams, you will maintain exceptional communication among team members and clients while executing client-related tasks such as:
- Account management including financial transactions and tax, estate, and insurance payments
- Handling alternative investment subscriptions/redemptions and Limited Partnership agreements
- Organizing and managing client documentation
- Adaptability: You effectively manage shifting priorities, seek innovative solutions, and apply new concepts to your work while learning from previous experiences.
- Effective Communication: You possess the confidence and skill to communicate with diverse audiences, both internally and externally.
- Purposeful Collaboration: You value others' input in decision-making and embrace a team-oriented approach, balancing your contributions with those of others.
- Prioritization Skills: You thrive under pressure, adeptly balancing multiple projects and deadlines while working with others to prioritize urgent and significant tasks.

- Demonstrated experience in a client service support or management role within the financial sector, focusing on supporting families in their interactions with client teams.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with Practific, Egnyte, Tamarac, and/or Schwab is preferred but not mandatory.
