Job Summary: The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for introducing employees to the organization's systems, mission/vision/values, and culture. This role designs, plans, organizes and conducts organizational orientation and owns the new hire onboarding processes to ensure the smooth integration to CarolinaEast Health System.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with HR Information Technology required. Experience with training and development and/or adult education strongly preferred.

a. If Bachelors degree (preferred) - Two (2) years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

b. If Associates degree - Two (2) years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

c. If a High School diploma or GED: Six (6) years of relevant experience in HR related role.
