Are you ready to make a significant impact? Acura of Los Angeles Westside is seeking exceptional individuals to join our team as Service BDC Representatives. As a Service BDC Representative, you play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service right from the outset. You'll be the primary point of contact for our Service Department guests, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to engage and assist them effectively.
Responsibilities:
At Acura of Los Angeles Westside, your role as a Service BDC Representative is diverse and vital. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Promptly and effectively communicating with Service guests via phone, text, chat, or email, catering to their preferred method of communication.
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries and appointment requests, ensuring no query goes unanswered.
- Conducting outbound follow-up calls to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure every guest's needs are met.
- Proactively reaching out to clients to remind them of scheduled service appointments and address any concerns.
- Scheduling service appointments for guests, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Contributing to maintaining a positive work environment and fostering continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
We're seeking dedicated team players with outstanding communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Here's what you'll need:
- Full-time availability and a minimum age of 18.
- A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and guests.
- Comfort working in-person with guests as well as handling communication via phone calls, emails, text messages, and online chat platforms.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, essential for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt and apply instructions effectively.
- Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
