Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service BDC Associate to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our guests, generating service appointments, and providing a world-class experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong rapport with our guests to build confidence in our dealership and services, resulting in service appointments.
  • Utilize CRM software to generate reservations in the system, ensuring proper follow-up.
  • Make outbound calls to set up service appointments and provide our guests with a world-class experience.
  • Handle all incoming calls to the service department promptly and courteously.
  • Partner with service advisors to schedule appointments per procedures.
  • Maintain a general understanding of the repair process and explain it to our customers.
  • Address customer concerns and issues or escalate them as needed.
  • Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact.
  • Ensure all service targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements
  • Prior sales, call center, or BDC experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer and phone skills, including Xtime, Excel, Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, and DMS.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, technology, and processes.
  • Team player with a self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude.
  • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  • All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing, including a background check and drug screen.
