Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BDC Representative to join our team at Lexus of Shreveport-Bossier City. As a BDC Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service to support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule sales appointments and manage customer follow-ups
  • Generate and maintain a customer database
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed set performance targets and goals
  • Keep track of all customer interactions and update customer records
  • Stay current with product knowledge and promotions
  • Report on customer activity and sales results to management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role in the automotive industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in various computer programs and systems, including CRM systems
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed
