Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday Data Analysis: Utilize Workday to extract, analyze, and interpret HR data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Data Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that inform and influence HR strategies and decisions.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights and trends to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR teams, managers, and executives to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence in interactions with colleagues, understanding their perspectives and tailoring communication accordingly.
  • Audience Analysis: Assess the needs and preferences of different audiences to deliver data insights in a manner that resonates and drives action.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve data management practices within Workday.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR team members on Workday functionalities and data analysis best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Workday HRIS, including data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Workday and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Ability to read and understand audience needs and tailor messaging accordingly.
