Overview:The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for growing BNCs pre-sales pipeline, booking meetings for regional account managers and developing relationships with potential customers . This BDR is an important member of the BNC team and works closely with nearly every part of our organization. In this position, the right individual will generate a sizable income, build an exciting and rewarding career, and directly influence the growth of the company.WHAT WE OFFERVERY competitive compensation packageMedical and Dental benefits401(k) plan with company matching15 days of paid time off per yearTravel reimbursementFun with the team (think company events like Top Golf or Rafting, monthly happy hours & more)Growth opportunities into Sales & Marketing, Engineering and other positions within BNCOTE Earnings: $65,000This role is based out of our Design District/Downtown Dallas office.Responsibilities:Utilize CRM and lead-generation tools to research and develop an outreach strategy for new prospectsBuild and maintain a robust lead pipeline that meet BNCs ideal prospect descriptionUtilize a multi-channel approach for outreach (phone, email, etc.)Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure their successful transition into the BNC foldCollaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targetsSet up meetings or calls between qualified (prospective) clients and Regional Account ManagerQualifications:4-year degree in business or related field2-3 years in sales or sales support role in the IT and/or professional services fieldStrong understanding of Managed Services and outsourced I.T. supportExperience working with lead-generation software (Navigator, LeadLander, 6Sense, etc.)Demonstrated ability of cold outreachAbility to generate new sales leads through referrals and networking activitiesFamiliarity with SalesForce.com or other sales platform CRMExceptional interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)Impeccable time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to changeInherent desire to learn and grow in the sales field#J-18808-Ljbffr
